RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFORMATION

What can be returned?

Returns apply to swimwear and clothing only. Accessories, activewear, and skincare products are not eligible for returns.

To qualify, items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. They must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, or bodily fluids. All original tags, ticketing, and sanitary protective shields must be attached, and items must be in their original box or packaging. Once tags are removed, we cannot accept the return.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount coupon are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. No exceptions.

For bikinis: if either the top or the bottom does not meet return conditions, both pieces will be rejected together.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email customerservice@capittana.com with the subject line: RETURN (#Order Number) – (Your Name). Include the reason for your return.
2. Wait for approval from our team. Some cases may require additional follow-up.
3. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label by email (US and Puerto Rico orders only). Attach it to the outside of your package.
4. Pack your items securely to prevent damage in transit. Track your shipment.
5. Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the items. If approved, your exchange, store credit, or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

EXCHANGE

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal value. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.

Return shipping is covered by Capittana for US and Puerto Rico orders. Customers in all other countries are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable method.

The replacement item will not be shipped until the returned item is received and approved.

STORE CREDIT & REFUND

If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will offer a store credit or a refund.

Store credit will be issued as a coupon code to use on capittana.com. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

WARRANTY

Capittana covers factory defects for 40 days from the date of purchase. This includes unraveled seams, defective construction, and fabric flaws.

If your item has a factory defect, please contact customerservice@capittana.com. Our team will verify the issue and proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by wear, washing, or misuse.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Capittana is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns received after the 10-day window will be sent back to the customer, and an additional shipping fee will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who, in our judgment, make excessive or repeated returns.
