5. PRODUCTS, SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately. We cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors accurately.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit quantities, update product descriptions and prices, or discontinue products. Any offer is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through the website will meet your expectations. This does not override the commitments in our published return, refund, and warranty policies.

Shipping

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Standard returns are available for swimwear and clothing only, including eligible items purchased on sale or with a discount code. Accessories, activewear, and skincare products are not eligible for standard returns. Manufacturing defect claims are reviewed separately under our warranty provisions.

Items must meet the condition requirements in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, including being unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, or bodily fluids. All original tags, labels, and sanitary protective shields must remain attached, and items must be returned in their original box or packaging.

For eligible returns, customers may request an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability, or a refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping is covered by CAPITTANA for US and Puerto Rico orders. Customers in other countries are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned items.

Once returned items have been received, inspected, and approved, the exchange or refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. These include faulty stitching, construction defects, and fabric flaws.

To report an issue, email customerservice@capittana.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, our team will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by washing contrary to the care instructions.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse orders. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was placed. If payment has been collected for items we cancel, the amount paid for those items will be refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You also agree to update your information promptly so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Your use of these tools is at your own risk and discretion. Please review and accept the relevant third-party provider’s terms before using them.

New services, features, tools, or resources introduced through the website will also be subject to these Terms.

CAPITTANA may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, gifts with purchase, giveaways, influencer campaigns, and other special offers. Each is subject to the specific conditions communicated with the promotion.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the conditions of the applicable promotion.

CAPITTANA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end promotions, subject to applicable law. Changes do not automatically remove benefits already confirmed for accepted qualifying orders.

Proper Use of Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other benefits are intended for personal use and may not be transferred, resold, or otherwise exploited unless expressly permitted.

Customers may not create multiple accounts, use different email addresses, or use other methods to circumvent promotional conditions or redemption limits.

CAPITTANA may verify customer information and cancel orders or promotional benefits obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Withdrawal of a promotional benefit does not create an entitlement to a replacement benefit. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the amount paid for canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

Eligible items purchased on sale or with a discount code remain subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned items.
