Shipping (US)

Free standard shipping on orders $100+

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Some items may also be available for pickup through our Collection Point partners, when offered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges (US)

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the eligibility and condition requirements in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

For eligible returns, you may choose an exchange or a refund to your original payment method for the amount paid for the returned items. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Once your returned items have been received, inspected, and approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping is covered by Capittana for US and Puerto Rico orders.

International Shipping 

We ship worldwide. International shipping is free on orders $250+. Orders under $250 have a $20 shipping fee.

• Delivery estimates: typically 5–15 business days after shipping, depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
• Duties & taxes: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs delays: some orders may experience delays due to customs processing.

Returns (International)

International return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the eligibility and condition requirements in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, including being unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned items.

• Once your returned items have been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
